About Me

Welcome! My name is Christian, and I am a Nurse (worked in cardiac & most of my career in Mother/Baby), Lactation Consultant, Pregnancy Coach, Leader with the Juice Plus Company, wife, homeschooling mom of 3 boys, and I go where Jesus leads. 

 

I help women create birth & life choices by becoming nutritionally fit from conception into motherhood. I grew up with an autoimmune disease defining my life, and I witnessed first hand the decline of healthy moms and babies during the pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding season for women.  Child bearing years are supposed to be some of our healthiest years ever!

 

What do these two things have in common? The missing link is at the end of our fork. The missing link is nutritional support.  Our culture wants to rely on prenatal vitamins to fill the gap, and they will always fall short.

 

You are in some of the most fruitful years of your life! You and your baby deserve to have the healthiest pregnancy possible so that you can have the delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum experience you desire!

 

We have to stop relying on our prenatal, take ownership, and give our growing baby the gift of health that will keep on giving generation after generation.

 

You and your children deserve to have abundant energy and as few sick days as possible. You shouldn’t have to struggle with things that are common but not normal. 

 

We can’t control everything, but we can control how we fuel our body! It takes a little knowledge, a little intention, and a few, simple choices to create the biggest impact.
